Look old before your time.


Nowadays, we have many types of medicine to cure ourselves, but everyone needs to have a balance scale to live. Someone are thinking wrong that If they spend a lot of time to take medicine it is a good way to be healthy, but they never know it is destroying their healths silently

On the other hands, if they never take some pills when they are sick they will not be able to be strong by themselves. These mean we should stand on balancing. We cannot have a good health without medicine, and we should not use it is daily life too. There are four factors that make ourselves look old before our time

1) Over-medication.

2) Dehydration.

3) Malnutrition.

4) Smoking and alcohol intake.

5) Lack of sleep.

6) Lack of exercise.

7) Depression.

We should be careful of it before too late.

I think exercising is a good way to safe our live from this problem. It is only not to safe your life, but your body will get thin with out diet-pill. You can use medicine when you have to. not daily routine.
